About the role#
The Global Commercial Services (GCS) Marketing Internship is a full-time summer program designed for undergraduate students. Interns will support the GCS marketing vision by contributing to the development of commercial customer solutions. This role is based in New York and requires on-site attendance.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to uncover insights that inform marketing strategy and customer experience enhancements.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to support the development of marketing content and messaging.
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
- Document end-to-end marketing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations to communicate findings and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Data Science, or Psychology.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
