About the role#
This summer internship program within Global Commercial Services offers undergraduate students the opportunity to support marketing initiatives for a diverse range of business customers. Interns will work on projects that directly influence commercial customer solutions and marketing strategies.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to uncover insights that inform marketing strategy.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to support the development of marketing content and messaging.
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies to drive business growth.
- Document end-to-end marketing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations to communicate findings and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Analytics, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, Data Science, or Psychology.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work legally in the United States without company sponsorship.
