About the role#
As a Program Management Intern, you will own a strategic summer project focused on evaluating and improving how the Financial Crimes PMO Remediation Office operates. You will work alongside leaders in Execution, Reporting, and Enablement to assess the current operating model and identify opportunities for improvement. This role offers exposure to enterprise program management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
What you'll do#
- Lead the 1LOD Financial Crimes Remediation Operational Excellence and Innovation Assessment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the current remediation operating model across governance, execution, reporting, and enablement.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to assess the end-to-end partner experience.
- Research operational excellence, automation, and AI-enabled opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Build executive-ready presentations and communicate recommendations to business leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Political Science, Sociology, Data Science, Mathematics, or Operations Management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently as a self-starter.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Eligibility to work in the United States, as visa sponsorship is not provided.
