About the role#
We are looking for a Software Test Engineering intern or co-op to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside development teams and Project Engineers to support the software test lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site position based in California.
What you'll do#
- Develop and execute automated and manual test plans and test cases.
- Use various test strategies including functional, negative, regression, performance, reliability, and usability testing.
- Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects and testing tasks.
- Reproduce, troubleshoot, and triage software defects to drive them to closure.
- Create test plans for new features, products, and operating systems.
- Identify metrics to improve the efficiency of the software quality assurance cycle.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a US-based university in a Masters degree program for Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of software quality analysis processes and methodologies.
- Programming or scripting experience with Python, VBA, C++, or the Selenium framework.
- Experience with development, triaging, or debugging in Linux or Windows environments.
- A keen interest in PC gaming and current computer graphics technologies.

- Locations: Santa Clara, CA or San Jose, CA.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week).
