About the role#
We are looking for an AI Developer Intern to join our team in San Jose. You will build AI agents designed to improve productivity across departments like HR, Finance, and CAD design. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Create AI agents based on specific user requirements.
- Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to improve content accuracy.
- Fine-tune open-source models from providers including Meta, Google, Deepseek, and Nvidia.
- Work with stakeholders to align AI tools with business goals.
- Integrate AI models into current internal systems and processes.
- Test and troubleshoot AI systems to ensure performance and reliability.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a PhD or MS program in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Practical experience with RAG models and open-source AI tools.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Familiarity with CAD software and design principles is a plus.
