About the role#
This internship or co-op position offers the opportunity to work within our software testing teams. You will collaborate with developers and project engineers to manage the software test lifecycle, focusing on identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects for new features and products.
What you'll do#
- Participate in all phases of the software test lifecycle.
- Create and execute both manual and automated test plans and cases for dGPU, APU, and various operating systems.
- Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent testing projects.
- Reproduce, triage, and report software defects to drive them to closure.
- Identify metrics to improve the efficiency of the software quality assurance process.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a US-based university master's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with software quality analysis processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, VBA, or C++.
- Experience with the Selenium framework.
- Exposure to debugging or triaging in Linux or Windows environments.
- Experience working with databases and reporting tools.
