About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in retail operations. You will work alongside district managers to understand how ALDI runs its business. This is a full-time, 10-week summer program. Successful completion may lead to a full-time offer after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Shadow store managers and manager trainees to learn fundamental store operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, sales books, memo verification, and invoices.
- Participate in hiring processes, including conducting interviews and orientations.
- Help with inventory management, store resets, and store tours.
- Prepare a formal report and presentation on an operational area to share with ALDI executives.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.

- Compensation: $28.00 per hour with eligibility for overtime.
