About the role#
This is a 10-week summer internship program for students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. You will work 40 hours per week in a full-time capacity. Successful completion of the program may lead to full-time employment opportunities after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Shadow store managers and trainees to learn store operations and leadership.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, invoices, and hiring processes like interviews and orientations.
- Participate in inventory management, store resets, and grand openings.
- Conduct customer walks and store tours to learn about customer satisfaction.
- Prepare a formal report and presentation on an operational area to share with company executives.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities at once.
- Skill in prioritizing work to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.

- Compensation: $28.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime.
