About the role#
This is a 10-week, full-time internship program for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, gaining hands-on experience by shadowing district managers and store leadership. The role is paid at $28.00 per hour, with eligibility for overtime. Successful completion may lead to full-time opportunities after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Shadow store managers and trainees to learn the fundamentals of store operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, sales books, memo verification, and invoices.
- Support the hiring process by participating in interviews and orientations.
- Help with inventory management and participate in store resets or grand openings.
- Develop a report and presentation on an operational area to deliver to ALDI executives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business or a related field.
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
