About the role#
Satair is looking for a Summer Intern to join our Information Management team in Dulles, Virginia. This 12-week internship runs from May 17, 2027, to August 6, 2027. You will work directly with the Digital team to gain experience with enterprise-level IT systems that support our regional business functions. You will operate in a combined office and warehouse setting, working alongside logistics professionals and business analysts.
What you'll do#
- Participate in projects focused on optimizing and maintaining logistics and warehousing applications, including SAP modules.
- Assist in the support, rollout, and upgrade of warehouse and shipping systems such as Autostore and Pitney Bowes.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to map and understand operational workflows and key business applications.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Interact with IT professionals and business users across the organization to develop communication skills.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at an accredited college or university.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work in the US without current or future need of visa sponsorship.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 30 lbs and wearing required PPE such as safety shoes and glasses.
Location & details#
- Location: Dulles, Virginia.
- Modality: 100% on-site.
- Compensation: $24 - $39.75 per hour, based on degree program and year in school.
