About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. You will work on-site with our National Team to gain hands-on experience in fire protection design. This role focuses on practical project work rather than administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Design automatic sprinkler systems using AutoSPRINK and AutoCAD.
- Create fire protection designs that follow applicable codes and contract scopes.
- Prepare stock lists using standard company formats.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an associate's or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Prior experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is helpful.
