About the role#
Ag Leader Technology is looking for a Supply Chain Intern to join our team in Ames, Iowa. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling term. You will work on-site to support our purchasing operations and improve internal production processes.
What you'll do#
- Work with buyers to manage past due orders for critical components.
- Contact suppliers to confirm delivery dates and update the Epicor system.
- Collaborate with the team on projects to improve product flow on the production floor.
- Assist with various purchasing tasks as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor or master degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related technical field.
- Strong organizational skills and a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
