About the role#
Ag Leader Technology is looking for an Electronic Design Intern to join the Precision Ag Electronics Design Team. This role focuses on testing and evaluating new designs that interface with agricultural equipment. You will gain exposure to real-world requirements including electromagnetic interference, electrostatic discharge, and power conditions for battery-connected devices.
What you'll do#
- Run performance tests using electronic tools and software.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and improve design deficiencies.
- Investigate electronic systems when unexpected results occur.
- Document your findings and share concerns with the team.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Understanding of electronic circuits.
- Familiarity with test equipment like multimeters.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- A desire to learn and a curiosity to find the root cause of technical issues.
