Co-op, Project Coordinator

About the role#

Aecon Six Nations General Partnership is seeking a Co-op Project Coordinator to support utility operations in Ohsweken. This position provides exposure to project coordination and office management within the construction industry. This is a full-time, paid 8-month co-op opportunity.

What you'll do#

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Utilities team.
• Maintain project documentation, files, and correspondence.
• Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting of project information.
• Support scheduling and coordination between field staff and office teams.
• Help track productivity, costs, and general project progress.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
• Coordinate materials, documentation, and logistics.
• Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Support month-end reporting and reconciliation activities.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, with a preference for Business, Administration, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• An interest in utilities, construction, or infrastructure is considered an asset.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an asset.

• Location: Ohsweken, Ontario.
• Term: Summer 2026.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour.
