About the role#
The Engineering and Design Assistant will support our team throughout various project phases. You will help manage SolidWorks and assist with general design tasks to ensure our projects run effectively.
What you'll do#
- Implement and manage SolidWorks to help with system integration.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track project progress and performance indicators.
- Troubleshoot code-related issues to keep design systems functioning.
- Generate reports to support project analysis.
- Test design solutions and tools to confirm accuracy.
- Provide ongoing support to the Engineering and Design team across all project phases.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Engineering, Design, or Computer Science degree program with at least two years of study completed.
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Familiarity with data management tools is a plus.
- Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
- Ability to meet the physical and sensory demands of the role, including computer work, light lifting, and specific vision requirements.
