About the role#
We are looking for a Student Analyst to join our team in Raleigh. This role is designed for individuals currently accruing supervision hours who are looking to transition into a BCBA position. You will work in a center-based setting with children between the ages of 18 months and 13 years old.
What you'll do#
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting.
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child.
- Develop clinical skills under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with our clinical team.
- Allocate 8 hours per week off your direct care schedule to work on BDS modules.
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team.
What you'll need#
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited masters program related to Psychology.
- Current status as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Completion of at least 85% of your required fieldwork hours (1700 out of 2000 hours).
- All restricted hours must be completed.
