About the role#
This BCBA Fellowship provides paid supervision hours through a structured clinical program. You will receive mentorship to develop essential clinical skills and gain the experience needed to sit for the BCBA exam. The program includes a 7-level curriculum, monthly meetings, and 3 months of co-consulting with a BCBA.
What you'll do#
- Provide one-on-one care using ABA behavior interventions to teach communication and daily living skills.
- Collect unbiased behavior data and communicate progress with families and clinical staff.
- Conduct behavior-analytic assessments, such as functional analyses and stimulus preference assessments.
- Write and revise behavior-analytic programs based on client needs.
- Train staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic programs.
- Maintain ethical compliance and client dignity while working with a BCBA mentor.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in or graduation from a BACB approved Master’s or Certification Program.
- Ability to pass the RBT exam within 30 days of your start date.
- Commitment to remain an active RBT for at least 60 days with Helping Hands Family.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for recording notes and speaking with families.
