About the role#
As a Student Business Development Team Lead, you will represent Starlink on behalf of Mosaic. You will work in the field to build awareness and help families access high-speed connectivity. This role combines sales and community outreach with team coordination. You will help recruit other students and serve as a point of contact for your assigned campus territory.
What you'll do#
- Manage an assigned territory near campus using broadband coverage maps and provided tools.
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce Starlink service and hardware.
- Attend farmers markets, community events, and local business partnerships.
- Identify strong student referrals to support local team growth.
- Log your daily activity, sales, hours, and mileage in the field app.
- Participate in regular check-ins with your Regional Sales Manager to review performance and refine your approach.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in school with availability to work 15 to 25 hours per week.
- A reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
- You must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- A self-motivated and dependable attitude.
- Willingness to be coached and an interest in meeting new people.
Location & details#
- Location: Little Rock, Arkansas.
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Compensation: Hourly base pay plus commission for qualified activations, with potential referral bonuses.
- Additional benefits include paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a monthly cell phone stipend.
- This is an on-site, part-time position.
