About the role#
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Laboratory Operations team for a 12-month internship starting in January 2027. This position provides exposure to the daily operations that keep our lab teams supported and productive. You will work on-site in Vancouver, receiving guidance from experienced team members while contributing to the advancement of antibody-based medicines.
What you'll do#
- Maintain the lab space and restock supplies as needed.
- Manage inventories for equipment, consumables, and reagents.
- Request specific consumables using our procurement software.
- Check in with lab users to identify future inventory needs.
- Perform routine internal maintenance on lab equipment.
- Maintain SOPs and document best practices.
- Coordinate activities with the lab management team and other labs.
- Ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Support the team with additional tasks as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma program in a relevant field.
- A strong interest in laboratory operations.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- A self-motivated approach and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Experience working as a team player and a creative problem solver.

- Term: Winter 2027 (12-month duration).

- Compensation: CAD $3,400 - $3,800 per month.
