About the role#
We are looking for a student to join our Facilities Operations and Logistics teams for a 12-month internship starting in January 2027. This on-site role provides exposure to real-world projects and supports the advancement of antibody-based medicines. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members in Facilities, Logistics, and Safety.
What you'll do#
- Perform washing and sterilization of laboratory glassware.
- Support laboratory garment management and handle chemical and hazardous waste.
- Maintain consumable inventories in common spaces.
- Liaise with vendors to schedule work, obtain quotes, and follow up on reports.
- Update documentation such as SOPs, manuals, and work instructions with subject matter experts.
- Assist the Logistics team with shipping, receiving, and materials handling.
- Manage Facilities work orders in Nuvolo.
- Generate reports and analyze data to measure KPIs.
- Conduct daily inspections and walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma program in Facilities, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems creatively.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to customer service.
- A self-motivated approach and a willingness to work as a team player.

- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 (12-month duration).

- Compensation: CAD $3,400 - $3,800 per month.
