About the role#
The Commercial Strategy Intern will join the Electrification Commercial Strategy Team for Summer 2027. This full-time internship offers exposure to the United States market while you work alongside sales, marketing, and product marketing teams. You will gain practical experience by supporting operations and contributing to various strategic projects.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project coordination and completion.
- Align ABB solutions with customer needs to drive successful project outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Seek regular feedback from managers and peers to refine your professional skills.
- Interface with commercial leaders and sales professionals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Preference for students entering their senior or final year of school.
- Ability to utilize critical thinking to analyze complex situations and build strategies.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and project updates to team members.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

- This position is based in Quincy, Massachusetts, with remote options available.
- Interns must have reliable transportation to the worksite.
