About the role#
The Risk Management Internship is a project-based position focused on business risk management and environmental health and safety. You will work with our team to assess emerging risks and improve existing processes. This role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and runs during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with the Risk Management team to evaluate current processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collect, manage, and present data to help the team gain forward-looking risk insights.
- Evaluate and implement new tools to improve department workflows.
- Support daily operations through information input, data validation, and research.
- Engage in all aspects of our risk management programs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Risk Management, Legal, Environmental Health & Safety, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, with a specific focus on Excel.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week throughout the summer.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A creative and strategic approach to problem-solving.
