About the role#
The Supply Chain Internship at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions supports the Zurn Wilkins Water Control and Safety business unit. This role provides a hands-on learning environment where you will develop technical, business, and leadership skills. You will participate in networking events with leadership and receive structured coaching and mentoring throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Support the operations team by coordinating across departments, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Evaluate quotes and services to identify the most suitable suppliers.
- Maintain and analyze inventory levels, providing recommendations based on your findings.
- Review existing operations to suggest improvements that streamline procedures and lower costs.
- Collect and interpret operational data to generate reports and presentations for decision-making.
- Assist with project planning, including labor cost and resource allocation.
- Keep accurate records and documentation, such as standard operating procedures and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve operational issues and ensure alignment.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- Junior standing or higher with a cumulative G.P.A. of 3.0 or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency and attention to detail.

- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
