About the role#
The IT Infrastructure Intern will work on a rotational basis between the Client Services and Network/System sub-teams. This role offers exposure to various areas within the IT function while working cross-functionally with Infrastructure teams and business stakeholders throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects and support actions are completed.
- Research and test new hardware and software solutions.
- Learn and evaluate existing compute, storage, network, and voice systems.
- Configure and deploy new solutions to improve system efficiency, scalability, and security.
- Monitor and analyze network and system performance to identify bottlenecks.
- Implement measures to optimize system reliability.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited degree program for Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with Copilot or other AI tools and agents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
