About the role#
This internship offers exposure to manufacturing financial planning and analysis within our Drinking Water Business Unit. You will report to the Finance Manager and work directly with the finance and business teams to support daily operations and long-term planning.
What you'll do#
- Partner with the finance and business teams on the forecasting process.
- Improve reporting and perform variance analysis.
- Analyze customer and product profitability.
- Review product costs.
- Develop business cases for new product development alongside cross-functional teams.
- Track operational metrics for manufacturing.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.
- You have strong Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables and macros.
- You can work well with others while remaining self-motivated to complete tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Location: Paso Robles, California.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- This position is on-site.
