About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship for 2027. You will work within our Underwriting organization to gain hands-on experience alongside industry professionals. You will contribute to projects that support business growth, customer relationships, and risk management strategies.
What you'll do#
- Learn underwriting fundamentals through mentorship and hands-on training.
- Support business unit financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist with preparing financial and operational reports using business intelligence tools.
- Support pipeline management and underwriting operations.
- Participate in client, broker, and stakeholder meetings.
- Review loss summaries and assist with account analysis.
- Gain exposure to customer, broker, and partner relationships.
What you'll need#
- Active pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Completion of at least two years of college coursework (rising Junior or Senior status).
- Enrollment in a degree program for the Fall 2027 semester.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities, plus problem-solving skills in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience in leadership roles, campus organizations, or extracurricular activities.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. indefinitely (sponsorship is not provided).

- Hourly Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00.
