About the role#
As a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at ZOLL, you will work under the direction of mechanical engineers to support the development of medical products. You will contribute to both new product development and modifications to existing designs. This is a full-time, paid position based on a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Create and modify designs using CAD software.
- Develop new CAD assemblies and models starting from concept sketches.
- Perform studies and geometry comparisons to confirm form and fit for revised designs.
- Execute product testing plans to verify new designs.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma.
- Active enrollment in an accredited university co-operative education program pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering.
- Formal training in CAD modeling and assembly.
- An ability to work well with others.
- Experience building parts and assemblies using 3D printers is considered a plus.

- This position is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
- This is an on-site role.
- The hourly pay rate for this position is $20.00 to $24.00, depending on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
