About the role#
This is a full-time Structural Engineering Co-Op position based in Boston. You will work with our Buildings Team to gain hands-on experience and exposure to real projects. This role is designed for students to develop technical and professional skills while working alongside senior staff.
What you'll do#
- Support a variety of engineering tasks.
- Assist with project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations and analysis.
- Support the preparation of final design plans, special provisions, and cost estimates.
- Help collect and maintain project documentation.
- Complete training on your assigned tasks.
What you'll need#
- You must be actively enrolled in an accredited Undergraduate program in Structural Engineering or a related field at Wentworth Institute of Technology.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You need authorization to work in the United States at the start of the co-op.
- You should have basic proficiency with technical writing, office automation, software, spreadsheets, and other common workplace tools.
- We look for a demonstrated interest in structural engineering.

- Term: Fall 2026.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $24.76 - $32.22 per hour.
