About the role#
The Sales Analyst Intern supports internal teams including Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will assist with sales data analysis, contract renewal engagement, revenue retention, and data cleaning.
What you'll do#
- Perform sales analytics and reporting tasks to support performance management.
- Manage the subscription renewal lifecycle, from customer notification to creating quotes and closing opportunities.
- Engage with renewal overlays to support revenue retention efforts.
- Validate and research sales activities to maintain data integrity.
- Support the sales team in collecting and interpreting data to improve sales production.
- Build working relationships across the organization to integrate Sales Operations with other teams.
- Promote process improvements for new and existing workflows.
What you'll need#
- Active enrollment in a degree-seeking program in Business or a related field.
- Competency using Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, ideally demonstrated through school or community programs.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- A professional and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Location & details#
- This internship is available for Winter and Summer 2027.
- The role is primarily remote, with the option to work in a hybrid capacity if you are located near a company office hub.
- This is a paid position at $21.00 per hour.
- The role is part-time, with a maximum of 15-20 hours per week for Spring 2027 start dates.
- Reliable internet access is required for remote work.
