About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers undergraduate students hands-on experience in retail merchandising. You will work within the Rejuvenation brand team in Portland, contributing to product strategy and business operations. This is a full-time, paid position designed for students graduating in 2028.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with a category team to gain insight into product strategies, pricing management, and data interpretation.
- Develop and pitch new product recommendations based on your analysis.
- Attend business meetings and lead specific projects.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support brand goals.
- Pioneer a new idea and present your final project to executive leadership.
- Participate in professional training and networking events with your intern cohort.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a junior in an undergraduate program, majoring in Marketing or Business Administration.
- A minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables.
- A strong interest in product development, home decor, and retail.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems in a changing business environment.
- Ability to work onsite at our Rejuvenation office in Portland.

- Location: Portland, Oregon.
- Work modality: On-site, 4 days per week.
- Program dates: June 7 to August 13, 2027.
- Compensation: $22 to $26 per hour.
