About the role#
Wharton-Smith, Inc. is hiring a Project Engineer Intern for our Water/Wastewater division. You will work with the Project Engineer and Project Manager to plan and organize projects. This is a full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Assist with project planning, organization, and completion.
- Review project plans and confer with management.
- Evaluate bids from contractors.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations to keep the work environment clean.
- Perform data entry.
- Support the Project Manager and Project Engineer with daily tasks.
- Contribute to the team to achieve project goals.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program such as Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site.
