About the role#
Wharton-Smith, Inc. is looking for an intern to join our team in Tampa. This is a full-time, paid position that offers a rolling term. You will work on-site to support our construction projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Project Engineer and Project Manager with the planning, organization, and completion of projects.
- Review project plans and confer with management.
- Evaluate bids from contractors.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing rules, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform data entry and help with daily administrative tasks.
- Contribute to the team by completing related duties as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Civil Engineering program or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Tampa, Florida.
