About the role#
As a Mechanical Engineering intern, you will join a team focused on the development of technical products and systems. You will report to the HVAC and BOP Fluid Systems Manager at our Rock Hill facility.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and analysis of mechanical systems and components.
- Prepare technical documentation such as design specifications, reports, and calculation notes.
- Author and verify non-conformance reports for ongoing projects.
- Research new technologies and manufacturing processes.
- Solve technical engineering problems.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to improve processes and design assembly fixtures.
- Participate in design reviews and present technical designs and analysis results to the team.
- Prepare technical presentations and written communications for customers and management.
- Assist the department with technical tasks, lab testing, or clerical work.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Completion of your sophomore year of college.

- Location: Rock Hill, South Carolina.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May through August).
- Status: Paid, full-time, hybrid position.
