About the role#
As an IT Application Administration Intern, you will join our Application Support team for the Summer 2027 term. This role focuses on system administration, data management, and end-user support. You will work on various projects and gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry while collaborating with employees across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Manage system functions including user profiles, roles, permissions, and storage.
- Create internal system documentation and training manuals.
- Support end users by answering questions and gathering feedback on system requirements.
- Handle data cleanup, migration, and integration tasks.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and track them until they are resolved.
- Assist with special projects and other assigned duties.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or a related field (two years of college preferred).
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow project management practices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency with core systems and standard office software.
- A motivated mindset with a focus on customer service.

- This is a full-time, paid internship at $20.00 per hour.
- The role is based on-site at our corporate office in Edina, Minnesota.
- We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
