About the role#
The Technology Analyst Development Program is a 2-year program designed to build a career in technology at Wells Fargo. You will join as a full-time employee and receive support from program managers, mentors, and peers. The program includes corporate training, professional development, and project work. You will be placed in a role as a Software Engineer, Cybersecurity analyst, or Chief Data Office analyst based on business needs.
What you'll do#
- Design, develop, test, and integrate applications, including resolving bugs and building new features.
- Create and support reusable frameworks, data warehouses, and analytics environments.
- Build and maintain data pipelines while collaborating with engineering and analytics teams.
- Clean, transform, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy.
- Work within Agile settings to evolve services and technology solutions.
- Document and simplify complex data workflows for scalability.
- Support security solutions related to networking, cloud, and application integrity.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technology STEM major.
- Expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027.
- At least 6 months of work experience or equivalent training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Java, Cloud technology.NET, Python, SQL, or related technical skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and take personal accountability.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position with a hybrid work schedule.
- Locations include Charlotte, NC; Irving, TX; Phoenix and Chandler, AZ; Saint Louis, MO; and Iselin, NJ.
