About the role#
Wellabe is hiring an intern for a 10-week paid position within the Actuary team. This program runs from June 7th through August 13th, 2027. You will work on various projects and gain professional experience that complements your classroom studies. The program includes orientation, regular check-ins, assigned mentors, weekly learning sessions, and social events.
What you'll do#
- Assist with posting journal entries.
- Support the team with month-end and quarter-end reporting.
- Help create efficiencies for year-end reporting processes.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous internship or related experience is a plus.

- This role is based in Des Moines, Iowa.
- The work modality is hybrid.
- This is a full-time internship for Summer 2027.
