About the role#
The Brand Marketing Intern will support the OPI team with product launches, media campaigns, and retailer programs. You will gain hands-on experience by participating in team meetings and collaborating with cross-functional partners to see how brand strategies move from development to the market.
What you'll do#
- Support the Brand Marketing team with the preparation and execution of marketing initiatives like sell sheets, promotional setup, and product registration.
- Partner with the Marketing Specialist to manage marketing asset requests, including uploading and distributing materials.
- Gain experience with business tools such as Nielsen and SAP for reporting, pricing updates, and business analysis.
- Assist with paid media execution, including trafficking documents and asset submissions.
- Support ongoing marketing operations such as event logistics, product inventory, sample preparation, and shipping.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for brand campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Ability to commit to a 6-12 month internship.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.

- Location: Calabasas, California.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Commitment: 25 hours per week.
- Pay: $20-$23 per hour.
