About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Intern supports our recruiting team through the hiring process. You will gain hands-on experience in recruiting operations, candidate research, and employer branding while working with a global beauty company. This is a paid, part-time position.
What you'll do#
- Support recruiters with candidate sourcing and research using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal systems.
- Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate information within the applicant tracking system.
- Support employer branding and early talent initiatives, including the creation of recruiting content.
- Partner with Human Resources and cross-functional teams on assigned projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle candidate and business information with professionalism and discretion.
Location & details#
- Location: Calabasas, California.
- Modality: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week).
- Schedule: 25-30 hours per week, with flexibility for your school schedule.
- Compensation: $23-$25 per hour.
