About the role#
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team in New York City. This is a full-time, paid internship where you will gain direct experience in recruiting operations and HR processes. You will work on a hybrid schedule and support our team with daily administrative tasks and candidate management.
What you'll do#
- Screen resumes and assist with initial candidate reviews.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage logistics and follow up with candidates regarding their next steps.
- Post and maintain job listings on internal and external platforms.
- Use Greenhouse to manage candidate data and track recruitment progress.
- Handle pre-onboarding tasks like initiating background checks and collecting new hire documents.
- Submit IT requests for new hire equipment and system access.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and assist with ad-hoc projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in recruiting or HR operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism.
- Prior office or internship experience is a plus.

- Location: New York, New York.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $18 to $21 per hour.
