About the role#
Mary Kay University is a 10-week summer program for undergraduate and graduate students. You will join our Human Resources team to work on projects that support our global business. You will solve business challenges, build professional relationships, and gain experience in areas like talent acquisition, employer branding, global HR operations, employee engagement, and HR analytics.

What you'll need#
- You are currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or master's degree program. We prefer rising juniors and seniors.
- Preferred fields of study include Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Psychology.
- You have strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- You are organized and pay close attention to detail.
- You can manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- You have an analytical mindset and an interest in reviewing metrics.
- You are a self-starter who is eager to learn and adapt.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- This role requires an on-site presence 4-5 days per week.
- Locations include our Global Headquarters in Addison, Texas, or our Manufacturing and R&D facility in Lewisville, Texas.
- We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
