About the role#
This co-op position supports underground gas storage operations at our Fisher, Illinois site. You will work alongside experienced team members on various engineering projects to help design systems that keep energy flowing safely to our customers. This is a full-time role that runs through the summer and either the spring or fall semester.
What you'll do#
- Support underground gas storage operations and storage wells.
- Assist with field piping, valves, and related station equipment.
- Work on the withdrawal and injection processes.
- Participate in LNG liquefaction and vaporization processes.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on project tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Petroleum Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 2.8.
- High School Diploma, GED, or HSED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Prior internship experience is preferred.
- Graduation date of July 2027 or later.

- Pay: $23.10 to $27.55 per hour.
