About the role#
We are hiring Tax Interns for the Spring 2028 term. This is a full-time, paid internship based on-site at our California offices. You will work on client engagements during our peak season and gain practical experience in the accounting field.
What you'll do#
- Prepare tax returns from start to finish.
- Gain exposure to different tax return types, including individual, business, and trust filings.
- Participate in formal and on-the-job training programs.
- Collaborate with team members to support client service initiatives.
- Engage directly with clients during the busy season.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting or a related field with the intent to meet CPA credit requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- The ability to travel to client sites when necessary.
- Please note that overtime may be expected during this term.

- Locations: Pasadena, San Diego, and Woodland Hills, California.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $35.00 to $37.00 per hour.
