About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on introduction to global financial markets. You will join our team for a 10-week program starting June 7, 2027, and ending August 13, 2027. The program includes a company-curated training week and ongoing mentorship. You will work directly with senior traders on various projects across desks like Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, Options, ETFs, and Energy.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside senior traders on trading projects.
- Solve real-world trading problems as they occur in the markets.
- Develop and improve algorithmic trading strategies.
- Collaborate with quants and software engineers.
- Build expertise in our trading technology and its interaction with the market.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising junior or a student ready for full-time employment between December 2027 and June 2028.
- An academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance.
- Strong quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, Java, or C++.
- A tenacious and motivated approach to identifying issues and creating solutions.
