About the role#
The Quantitative Trading internship offers a hands-on introduction to global financial markets and market making. Interns participate in a 10-week program that includes a company-curated training week, project-based work, and collaboration with senior traders, quants, and software engineers. The program is designed to provide exposure to various trading desks, including Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, Options, ETFs, and Energy.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside senior traders on a variety of trading projects.
- Solve real-world trading problems as they occur in the markets.
- Develop and enhance algorithmic trading strategies.
- Collaborate with quants and software engineers to support trading operations.
- Become an expert in the firm's trading technology and its interaction with financial markets.
What you'll need#
- Status as a rising junior or a student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- An excellent academic background, preferably in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance.
- Outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude.
- Proficiency in programming with experience in Python, SQL, Java, or C++.
- A highly motivated, tenacious approach with the ability to take initiative and work both independently and within a team.

- Term: Summer 2027 (June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: Paid position ($5,000 to $5,800 weekly).
