About the role#
This internship program offers students a chance to learn about the firm and global financial markets. You will participate in a 10 week program that includes a training week and real world development projects. You will work alongside senior mentors to gain experience in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Complete a variety of challenging development projects.
- Work alongside the senior team to improve system scalability, performance, and efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training throughout the summer.
- Design and architect trading systems for scale.
- Support massive amounts of data in trading systems.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior or a student ready for full-time employment between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Excellent academic background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and either Java or C++.
- Outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude.
- You are a highly motivated and tenacious individual.
