About the role#
This work study position supports the Public Services Department at Vincennes University. You will report to the Technical Services Coordinator and assist library staff with daily operations to keep the facility organized and accessible for students.
What you'll do#
- Shelve books and magazines.
- Perform shelf reading to ensure materials stay in the correct order.
- Maintain a neat library appearance by dusting shelves, shifting materials, and cleaning furniture.
- Empty book returns and push in chairs.
- Assist users with operating printers and photocopiers, including refilling paper.
- Check out books to library users.
- Scan and digitize documents as needed.

- Ability to place materials in the correct order.
- Reliability to work your scheduled shifts.
