About the role#
As an HR Intern, you assist with the day-to-day administration of programs and policies. This role covers areas such as recruiting, compensation, records management, and employee relations. This is a one-year internship opportunity for current students or recent graduates.
What you'll do#
- Support the HR Site Manager with daily operations.
- Provide customer service to team members.
- Enter and maintain personnel transactions in the HRIS.
- Create customized reports and verify employment data.
- Administer HR processes across multiple systems, including Google Business Suite and ADP.
- Manage personnel and medical files to ensure they remain updated and organized.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, such as celebrations and appreciation events.
- Complete special projects by conducting research and organizing information.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, either currently in progress or recently completed.
- Comfort following intricate processes and managing data across various databases.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
