About the role#
This year-round internship provides an opportunity to support the Customer Service and Supply Chain departments. You will assist in analyzing data, evaluating internal processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do#
- Analyze supply chain data and work with marketing teams to interpret findings.
- Manage the full lifecycle of sales orders from initial receipt through to final delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, claims, and portal interactions.
- Maintain and audit supply chain data, including Customer Back Order and Supplier Back Log dashboards, to ensure accuracy.
- Serve as a representative for customer service in product life cycle activities.
- Support ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are also eligible to apply.
