About the role#
This is a year-round, full-time internship opportunity within the Customer Service and Supply Chain department. You will support the team by analyzing operational data, managing customer interactions, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. This role is designed for students or recent graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in automotive supply chain operations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze supply chain and customer service data to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Manage the full sales order cycle, from initial receipt through to final delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve claims while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain and audit supply chain data, including the management of back order and supplier log dashboards to ensure accuracy.
- Serve as a representative for customer service in product life cycle activities.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program or recent graduation.
- Academic background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
