About the role#
University Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Brand Marketing Intern to support the brand team with global consumer and rural marketing programs. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing campaign data, and maintaining brand assets. You will report to the Brand Marketing Coordinator and work on various projects to support the team. This is a part-time, temporary, and paid position.
What you'll do#
- Support the coordination and execution of Rural Region and Partnership Meetings.
- Create and refine slide decks and materials for various committees.
- Oversee the collection and tracking of brand and media partnership assets.
- Assist in the upkeep of campaign reporting materials including flowcharts and creative rotations.
- Proofread and edit creative copy and advertorials.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student at an accredited university.
- A declared major in Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Sacramento, California.
- Work is performed on-site.
- The schedule is flexible between 8 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
