About the role#
This is a full-time, 12-week paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on meaningful projects to improve business operations, collaborate with various departments, and develop your analytical skills in an on-site environment. Interns are assigned a dedicated mentor and have the potential to join Uline full-time upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Analyze business reports and processes to identify insights and performance improvement opportunities.
- Partner with multiple departments to develop recommendations that support efficient operations.
- Use analytical tools, including SQL and Power BI, to organize data for reports and special projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to business partners and executive leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Microsoft skills, with experience in SQL or other analytical tools preferred.
- A strong work ethic, critical thinking, and an eagerness to learn.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Pleasant Prairie, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Waukegan, IL, Glenview, IL, or Kenosha, WI.
- Complimentary housing is provided for out-of-town interns.
