About the role#
As a Supply Chain (Rotational) Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the operational areas that support sales, inventory, pricing, and product strategy. You will participate in a structured program that rotates you through multiple departments to provide a broad understanding of the business and the customer journey. Throughout the summer, you will work alongside a coach and mentor, engage with executive leadership, and complete a final capstone project to present to your peers and leaders.
What you'll do#
- Review operational metrics to analyze performance, trends, and product line impact.
- Collaborate with team members on projects that support business growth.
- Assist with daily pricing, purchasing, and inventory tasks.
- Analyze product line data to improve accuracy and support decision-making.
- Help coordinate product launches, inventory additions, and transitions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
- Complete and present a capstone project.
What you'll need#
- You must be a high school graduate.
- You are currently a sophomore or junior pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to adapt, learn new systems, and work well with others.

- Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
