About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work alongside IT professionals to support the architecture, development, and maintenance of databases. Interns are assigned a dedicated mentor and participate in professional development sessions, networking events, and business projects. This is an on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with database administrators and application developers to understand and document technology requirements.
- Apply basic database maintenance and security support operations.
- Learn and enhance existing development workflow processes.
- Gain hands-on experience in database tools, standards, best practices, and processes.
What you'll need#
- Junior-status college student standing.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- SQL experience is a plus.
